Today is the day that I installed a zipper, this very zipper, and as a fun little bonus, it actually works!!
Tomorrow I will get cracking on my very own carbon footprint…

I hope you get a 'MAJOR AWARD' for your "MAJOR ACHIEVMENT" !
Where does this zipper belong......on pins and needles here!
What cute fabric! What is this zipper on?
I've been sewing for like 20 years now and zippers still make me break out in a cold sweat.
If I am sewing something that needs a zipper I take it to my mom, or I pass on that project is really more realistic. You did a great job.
I've got to be honest--I'm still patting myself on the back a bit for this big, big deal...the fabric I just love, it is a Moda fabric called Wonderland by Momo and it was gone just as fast as it came in. I actually made a skirt for myself with this piece and did I mention that it contains a zipper??
Such great fabric! Such great zippering! I sewed a zipper once...17-18 years ago in my Ricks college sewing class with my teacher looking over my shoulder (or maybe she was sitting in my seat and I was looking over HER shoulder). GOOD WORK! =)
Sewing is such fun. I really need to start at it again. Probably not any projects that involve a zipper any time soon. Baby steps. =)
